These Terms & Conditions (“ Terms ”) govern your access to and use of the Voycen platform, websites, apps, software, and related services (together, the “ Service ”), provided by Laicos AI Limited (“ LUC ”, “ we ”, “ us ”, “ our ”).
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2) Who these Terms apply to
If you use the Service as an individual, you may be a consumer (acting for purposes outside your trade/business/profession).
If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and business terms in these Terms apply to you.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Irish/EU law.
3) Definitions
- “Account” : your registered Voycen user profile.
- “Subscription” : a paid plan billed monthly or yearly (and any add-ons).
- “User Content” : content you upload, submit, or create using the Service (text, images, logos, data, prompts, etc.).
- “AI Output” : content generated by Alice within the Service.
4) The Service
Voycen provides tools to create, generate, publish, and manage websites using AI-assisted features.
- Features may change over time (see Section 17).
- We may provide beta/preview features. These may be unstable, changed, or withdrawn at any time.
5) Account registration & security
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your Account.
Notify us immediately of unauthorised use at 
6) Subscriptions, billing & renewals
6.1 Plans and billing cycle
Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis as described at checkout.
6.2 Auto-renewal
Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your Subscription automatically renews for the same billing period, and you authorise us to charge your payment method.
6.3 Prices, taxes and fees
Prices are shown at checkout and may be subject to VAT or other taxes depending on your location and status.
If taxes must be added, we will add them where required.
6.4 Price changes
We may change pricing. If a price change affects your active Subscription, we will give reasonable advance notice (for example by email or in-product notice).
The change will apply from your next renewal unless stated otherwise.
6.5 Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry charging your payment method and/or suspend access until payment is received.
7) Cancellation
You can cancel your Subscription in your account settings or by contacting support. Unless stated otherwise:
- Your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
- We do not provide refunds for unused time in a billing period except where required by law or expressly stated in a written refund policy.
8) Consumer right to cancel (cooling-off)
If you are a consumer in the EEA/UK and you purchased online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days.
Because the Service is digital content/digital services , you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate performance and acknowledge you may lose your right to cancel once the Service is fully provided or once performance begins (as applicable under law).
If you believe you’re entitled to a statutory refund/cancellation, contact
with your order details.
9) Refunds (general)
Unless required by law, refunds are provided only if:
- stated at checkout (e.g., a “money-back guarantee”), or
- we agree in writing.
Refunds, if granted, may exclude transaction fees and may be pro-rated where appropriate, to the extent permitted by law.
10) Acceptable use
You agree not to (and not to allow others to):
- break any law or infringe rights (IP, privacy, etc.);
- generate, publish, or distribute harmful, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or fraudulent content;
- upload malware, scrape the Service, probe or attack security, or interfere with performance;
- attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the Service except as permitted by law;
- use the Service to build or host content that violates third-party platform rules where you deploy it.
We may suspend or terminate Accounts involved in prohibited activity.
11) User Content & website publishing
11.1 Your responsibility
You are responsible for your User Content, including ensuring you have all rights/permissions (e.g., trademarks, images, music, copy, customer data).
11.2 Licence you grant to us
You grant Laicos Ai Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, process, and display your User Content only as needed to provide and improve the Service, and to operate, support, and secure it.
11.3 Removal
We may remove or disable access to content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
12) AI features & AI Output
12.1 AI Output may be inaccurate
AI Output may be incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or not unique.
You must review and verify AI Output before using it (including for legal, financial, medical, or compliance purposes).
12.2 No guarantee of exclusivity
You understand AI Output may be similar or identical to content generated for other users.
12.3 Rights in AI Output
As between you and Laicos AI Limited, to the extent permitted by law and subject to third-party rights and your compliance with these Terms:
- you own or control the rights you have in your User Content; and
- you may use AI Output generated for you via your Account.
Laicos AI Limited retains all rights in the Service, software, models, and underlying technology.
12.4 Prohibited inputs
Do not input:
- personal data you do not have a lawful basis to process;
- special category data (e.g., health, biometrics) unless you have explicit lawful grounds and the Service is configured for it;
- confidential information you are not authorised to share.
13) Intellectual property
The Service (including templates, UI, code, logos, and underlying technology) is owned by or licensed to Laicos AI Limited and protected by IP laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your Subscription, subject to these Terms.
“Voycen” may be a trade name/brand of Laicos AI Limited. You may not use our branding without permission.
14) Third-party services
The Service may integrate with third parties (e.g., payment providers, analytics, hosting, domain registrars, stock image libraries).
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms. Laicos AI Limited is not responsible for third-party services.
15) Availability, support & maintenance
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Maintenance, updates, outages, or factors outside our control may occur.
16) Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI Output will be accurate or fit for your purpose.
If you are a consumer, certain warranties may apply and cannot be excluded.
17) Changes to the Service and Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms. If changes materially affect your rights, we will provide reasonable notice (e.g., email or in-product).
Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
18) Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- you breach these Terms;
- payment is overdue;
- we must do so to comply with law or protect the Service/users.
You may terminate by cancelling your Subscription. Sections intended to survive termination (e.g., IP, liability, governing law) will survive.
19) Limitation of liability
19.1 Business users
If you use the Service for business purposes, to the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Laicos AI Limited will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
- Laicos AI Limited’s total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to Laicos AI Limited for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or €100 if no fees were paid), whichever is higher.
19.2 Consumers
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death/personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
20) Indemnity (business users)
If you are a business user, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Laicos AI Limited from claims arising from your User Content, your websites, or your misuse of the Service (including IP infringement and unlawful content), except to the extent caused by Laicos AI Limited’s breach of these Terms.
21) Data protection & privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Service to process personal data of your customers/visitors, you may be a controller.
Where Laicos AI Limited processes personal data on your behalf as a processor, a Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) may apply.
22) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
The Irish courts will have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence as permitted by law.
